Shoulder, neck, jaw tightness? In this workshop we will take time to breakdown the shoulder components and look at how breath and our foundation influence and affect our overall movement patterns.
We will do exercises and drills to focus on pathways of movement from the hands all the way to the shoulders, utilizing the whole body so that we both stabilize and mobilize the shoulders, neck and jaw.
Lastly, we will integrate these tools & techniques into our poses, yoga practice and most importantly, our everyday life!
