Join us each Sunday in January on this voyage as we laugh and learn together and deepen our connection to our Body and Breath.
This course will focus on building and strengthening the body in a healthy and balanced way. There will be an emphasis on the legs, arms and core through exercises such as lunges, squats, core work, planks and reverse dips. Participants will have logs to track their progress and a weekly class to help focus, support and dial in any questions folks may have.
We will begin each session with Breath work and end with restorative so we balance work with rest.
