Join Nichol for this workshop, where we will work on some of the foundational arm balance poses like Bakasana (crow/ crane), Parsva Bakasana (side crow), Eka Pada Galavasana, and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 & 2.
Arm balances are the very embodiment of strength. When they are done well, they build a strong foundation for your yoga practice. And, they are empowering, emboldening and FUN! You are not expected to know how to do these poses coming in… Quite the contrary. The aim is to build up to these arm balances progressively and skillfully. Expect to work hard, have fun, and have arm balance breakthroughs!
